Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise, low-fat
- 1 slice rye bread
- 3 1/2 ounces roast beef, lean, deli-style
- 1/2 tomato, medium
- 1 lettuce leaf
- 2 tablespoons almonds, roasted, coarsely chopped
- 1 fresh tangerine
Preparation
Step 1
Spread mayonnaise onto bread.
Arrange roast beef, sliced tomato and lettuce on bread.
Serve open-faced sandwich with almonds on the side.
Enjoy a tangerine for dessert.
