Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c uncooked pasta
- 1/2 lb bulk pork sausage
- 6 T chopped green pepper
- 4 T chopped green onion
- garlic
- 1 16 oz tomato sauce
- 1/2 c spaghetti sauce
- 1 1/3 c mozzarella cheese, divided
- 10 slices pepperoni, cut
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Preparation
Step 1
Cook and drain pasta. Cook sausage, peppers, onion, drain. Combine all except 1/2 cheese. Bake covered, 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 5-8 minutes longer.
