Beef Noodle Soup

Warm beef soup that tastes fabulous.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • beef broth
  • carrots, some sliced and some peeled
  • celery, chopped
  • onions, chopped
  • 1 can diced tomatoes, with liquid
  • 2 handfuls of macaroni
  • Salt, pepper, thyme.

Preparation

Step 1

Brown the hamburger, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain well.

Throw everything, except macaroni, in a soup pot and simmer until the carrots and celery are tender. Bring to a low boil and add macaroni. Serve.

Freezes well.
