Roasted Asparagus

  • 2 lbs fresh asparagus
  • EVVO
  • Kosher salt
  • Black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

-preheat oven to 400 degrees
-trim asparagus
-place asparagus on baking sheet, drizzle w/ EVVO,then toss to coat completely.
-spread asparagus in single layer and sprinkle w/ salt and pepper
-roast for 25 mins until tender/crisp
