Ingredients
- 2 15 oz. cans white shoe peg corn
- 2 15 oz. cans yellow corn
- 12-16 oz. Cream Cheese
- 2-3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 small cans diced green chiles
- salt and pepper
- slices jalepenos
Preparation
Step 1
Pre heat oven to 325
Melt cream cheese and butter in microwave. Drain corn and chiles and salt and pepper to taste. Mix with cream cheese mixture. Pour into glass baking dish. Bake until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes. Garnish with Jalepenos. Serve as side dish or with Corn chips.
