spinach artichoke dip

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz block of cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 can artichoke hearts (chopped)
  • 1 small box frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 1 Tablespoons Butter (melted)
  • 1 clove Garlic (crushed)
  • Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Spread the cream cheese and spread it evenly in the bottom of a pie pan.

In a bowl, mix the artichoke hearts, melted butter, crushed garlic and spinach.

Spread the mixture on top of the cream cheese, sprinkle Parmesan Cheese of top.

Heat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, until heated all the way through.

Serve right from the pan with favorite cracker or chip.
