Julie's broccoli slaw salad

Ingredients

  • 1 package broccoli slaw
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 package ramen noodles
  • 2 T oil
  • 1 T vinegar
  • 2 t soy sauce or Braggs Amino Acids
  • 2 T Splenda or sugar
  • 1/4 c peanuts or almonds

Preparation

Step 1

Put slaw in large bowl, add sliced green onions. Top with crumbled ramen noodles and peanuts. Combine oil, vinegar, sweetener, soy sauce and 1/4 packet of ramen packet (or more to taste). Add to salad and toss.
