Ingredients
- 1 package broccoli slaw
- 2 green onions
- 1 package ramen noodles
- 2 T oil
- 1 T vinegar
- 2 t soy sauce or Braggs Amino Acids
- 2 T Splenda or sugar
- 1/4 c peanuts or almonds
Preparation
Step 1
Put slaw in large bowl, add sliced green onions. Top with crumbled ramen noodles and peanuts. Combine oil, vinegar, sweetener, soy sauce and 1/4 packet of ramen packet (or more to taste). Add to salad and toss.
