Ingredients
- INGREDIENTS:
- 4-5 cooked potatoes
- 1 chopped onion
- 1-2 stalks chopped celery
- 2-3 sliced hard boiled eggs, Plus one for decorating
- DRESSING:
- 1/4 t. salt
- 2 T. flour
- 1/4 t. dry mustard
- 3 T. sugar
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/8 c. vinegar
- 1 or 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 T. butter
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all dressing ingredients.
Cook & stir over low heat until thickened.
Taste for sourness & add vinegar if necessary.
Pour, while hot, over first 4 ingredients and mix well
