Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Chopped onion
- 2 cups Water
- 1/2 tsp Grated orange rind
- 1/2 cup Orange juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Marjoram
- 1/8 tsp Thyme
- 1 cup Uncooked long grain rice
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook onion in butter until tender.
2. Add water, seasonings and orange juice. Bring to a boil; stir in rice.
3. Cover; reduce heat and simmer for 20
minutes or until water is absorbed and the rice is tender.
