Ingredients
- 2-4 lbs beef chuck stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup flour
- Salt and pepper
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 Tbls Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 bay leaves
- 6 small potatoes, quartered
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 3 celery stalks, sliced
- 2 bell peppers
Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients, except meat, to slow cooker and stir well.
Coat meat with flour, salt and pepper. Add on top of veggies.
Cook on low 8-10 hours.
