Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 cups apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- Caramel syrup
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 9x13" pan.
In a large bowl, combine sugar, oats, flour, and butter. Mix until crumbly. Place half the crumb mixture in the pan. Spread apples over mixture. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture and cinnamon. Top with chopped pecans.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown. Drizzle with caramel syrup.
