Ingredients
- 6 lg. baking potatoes
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 8-10 slices cooked & crumbled bacon
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Lawry's seasoning to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Bake potatoes until done. Cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out potato insides into a large bowl. Add butter, cheese, sour cream, bacon and seasonings. mix with beater. Scoop back into potato sleeves. Bake again until potatoes are hot.
