Ingredients
- Salad:
- 1/2 head each, broccoli and cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 6-8 slices bacon, cooked and diced
- 2 cups seedless grapes, halved, or more to taste
- 1/3 cup diced red onion, or more to taste
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, or more to taste
- 1 small English cucumber, diced (May not need all)
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup real mayo
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 T sugar
- 1/2 t dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste

Whisk dressing ingredients. Pour over salad and enjoy.
