Ingredients
- 3/4 c. butter, melted
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 1 c. panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. grated parmesan
- 1 1/2 # firm fleshed white fish such as sole or cod
- 2 T fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Combine butter and lemon juice in a shallow bowl Mix together breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. Dip fish into butter mixture; roll in breadcrumbs.
Bake 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve sprinkled with parsley or extra Parmesan.
