LAMB LEG MARINADE

Ingredients

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • zest of 2 lemons
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 8 large cloves garlic sliced
  • 4 tsp. Kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp. @ paprika, coriander, and cumin
  • 12 tsp. cayenne
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup rosemary sprigs

Preparation

Step 1

Marinate over night. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour, tied with rosemary sprigs. Heat barbeque on medium off medium. Grill lamb to desired doneness.
