Ingredients
- 1 cup olive oil
- zest of 2 lemons
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 8 large cloves garlic sliced
- 4 tsp. Kosher salt
- 1 tbsp. @ paprika, coriander, and cumin
- 12 tsp. cayenne
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup rosemary sprigs
Preparation
Step 1
Marinate over night. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour, tied with rosemary sprigs. Heat barbeque on medium off medium. Grill lamb to desired doneness.
