Ingredients
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Mix blueberries with the 1/4 cup flour. Cream the sugar and butter well and add egg. Sift flour with baking powder and salt and add alternatively with milk. Beat well after each addition. Fold in berries. Pour into buttered cupcake pan and top with mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Bake 350 for 25 minutes.
