Ingredients

  • 1 LB BONLESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREAST (CUT INTO 3/4 IN CUBES)
  • 1 CUP CARROTS (SLICED)
  • 1 CUP CELERY (SLICED)
  • 1 CUP ONION (CHOPPED)
  • 2 QT CHICKEN BROTH
  • 2 CUP CHEESE TORTELLINI
  • 1 CUP FRESH SPINACH LEAVES

Step 1

PLACE CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES IN SLOW COOKER. POUR IN 2 QUARTS OF CHICKEN BROTH. COVER. . ADD COOK 8 HOURS ON LOW. STIR IN TORTELLINI. COVER. COOK 20 MINUTES LONGER ON HIGH OR UNTIL TORTELLINI ARE TENDER. ADD SPINACH 1 MINUTE BEFORE COOKING IS COMPLETED. MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
