Creamy Beef and Onions

Ingredients

  • 3/4 ib ground beef
  • 2 c mushrooms
  • 2 med onions, sliced
  • 1 clive garlic
  • 10 1/4 oz beef gravy
  • 2/3 c plain lowfat yogurt
  • 1 T worcestershire
  • 1/4 t thyme
  • 2 T parsley
  • 1/8 t pepper
  • 2 c cooked rice

Preparation

Step 1

In a large skillet, cook meat, mushrooms, onions, and garlic until meat is browned and onion is tender. Drain fat from pan.

In a mixing bowl stir together beef gravy, yogurt, worcestershire, thyme, and pepper. Stir sauce into pan with meat. Heat until warm throughout.

Serve over rice.
