Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tbsp (light) mayonnaise
- 200 ml mild yoghurt
- 3 tbsp chopped chives
- 3 tbsp chopped parsley
- 11/2 tsp chopped tarragon
- ground white pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Fry the salmon without any fat, season with pepper.
Mix remaining ingredients together and adjust seasoning to taste.
