Ramen Noodle Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs coleslaw mix
  • 5-6 pkgs Chicken Ramen
  • 2 small pkgs sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 c rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c vegetale oil (less if you add extra sesame oil
  • 1/4 c sugar

Preparation

Step 1

In small bowl mix vinegar, oils, sugar and flavor packets from ramen, refrigerate.

Cook noodles, drain and cool. Add all other ingredients, mix and serve.
