Cheesy Appetizer Crackers

Anyone can open a box, but you can bake your own fresh cheese crackers! The cheese and butter melt in your mouth. It’s so easy, you may never go back!

Ingredients
- 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
Combine cheese, butter, flour and salt in a medium bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Cover and chill dough for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place two inches apart on cookie sheet. Flatten with tines of fork.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.
Cool slightly.
