JAPANESE CHICKEN WINGS

  • 3 lbs boneless/skinless chicken
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cut chicken into approximately 1.5 oz servings. Brown chicken lightly in olive oil. Mix sauce ingredients in oven-safe bowl and place chicken in the sauce. Bake at 350F until done. Serve with rice, spooning the sauce onto it.
