Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 4 heaping tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup diced green or red pepper
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
combine all ingredients and pour into a greased casserole dish. bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes.
