Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped green chili pepper
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In small bowl, stir together onion, parsley, chili pepper, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or until serving time.
Serve with Barbecue Beef.
