Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked shrimp
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 1 tsp tobasco
- 1 dash pepper
- 3 cups cooked rice
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion and green peppers in large skillet until tender. Drain excess oil. Add all ingredients except shrimp and rice. Cook over low heat about 10 min. Add shrimp and cook for 5 min. Pour over cooked rice.
