Shrimp Crostini

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (340g)Smaller style shrimp, cooked and peeled and drained
  • 1/3 cup seafood sauce
  • 32 slices baquette, cut 1/4 inch thick
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh chives

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat barbeque to medium high heat.

Coarsely chop shrimp. In bowl, stir together shrimp and seafood sauce.

Grill baquette slices for 1 minute per side or until golden. Remove from grill. Brush one side with olive oil. Spread with about 1 thbsp. shrimp mixture. Sprinkle with chives. Makes 32 pieces.
