Orange Knot Rolls

Ingredients

  • Glaze:
  • 12 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold
  • 1 orange rind, grated
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla ext.

Preparation

Step 1

DIRECTIONS:
Mix grated orange rind with sugar. Roll each roll into 9-inch rope. Tie in loose knot. Roll in butter and rind/sugar mixture. Place on baking sheet sprayed with non-stick spray. Cover with plastic wrap and let double in size. Remove from pan and place on cooling rack. Bush with citrus glaze while still warm.
