Sugar Plum Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 small jars plum with applesauce baby food
  • 1 tsp each cinnamon and ground cloves
  • Sugar to sprinkle pans

Preparation

Step 1

DIRECTIONS:
Mix all well. Prepare 2 loaf pans by greasing with butter or veggie spray, such as Pam, then sprinkle bottom and sides with sugar. Pour batter into pans and bake at 325 for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes, turn out on rack.
