Ingredients
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 smalll red onion
- 2 T olive oil
- 1/2 c grated parmesan
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Toss 1 bunch broccoli (cut into florets; 6 cups) and 1 small red onion (cut into wedges) with 2 T olive oil and 1/2c grated Parmesan on a rimmed baking sheet season with salt and pepper. Roast at 425 tossing once until tender 20 - 25 mins.
