Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- juice of one lemon
- 3 T. olive oil
- pinch of sea salt and pepper
- 3 cups broasted, shredded turkey breast
- 1/2 cup sliced sweet baby yellow tomatoes
- 1/3 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk lemon juice, olive oil and salt and pepper. Toss with mixed greens and spinach. Toss in tomotoes and blueberries. Top with turkey and serve.
