  • 8 MEDIUM POTATOES, PEELED & QUARTERED
  • 8 OZ CREAM CHEESE
  • 8 OZ SOUR CREAM
  • 1/4 LB BUTTER
  • GARLIC SALT
  • CHEDDAR CHEESE (OPTIONAL)

Preparation

Step 1

COOK POTATOES WITHOUT SALT UNTIL TENDER. MASH POTATOES, ADD CREAM CHEESE, SOUR CREAM & BUTTER & FLAVOR WITH GARLIC SALT. PUT INTO BUTTERED CASSEROLE (OR CROCK POT). GRATE A LITTLE CHEESE ON TOP. BAKE AN HOUR AT 350. THIS MAY BE MADE AHEAD OF TIME & REFRIGERATED OVERNIGHT.
