Grandma Craig's Dumplings for Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 2 cups self rising flour
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 eggs
  • milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together. Add enough milk to a make a sticky dough. Drop by tablespoon into boiling stew. Cover and reduce heat. Steam for 15 minutes.
*I usually put the eggs and oil in a measuring cup and then fill cup to top with milk.
