Pork Roast

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Pork Roast
  • 6 Potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups baby carrots
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 2 stalks celery (you can leave whole and remove later if your family doesn't like celery)
  • 3 cubes chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cut up potatoes, onion and celery into fairly large chunks. Put all vegetables in crock pot. Put pot roast on top of vegetables. Place 3 bouillon cubes randomly on top of roast. Pour in water.
2. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 4 to 5 hours.
