Ingredients
- 2 lbs frozen chicken tenderloins defrosted
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- parsley
- flour and egg
Preparation
Step 1
Cut chicken into nugget sized pieces. Stir together bread crumbs and cheese. Dip in flour, egg, bread/cheese mix. Bake 350°, 20-30 minutes, or until cooked through. Cooks nicely on a Pampered Chef baking stone. Garnish with parsley.
