Avocado Pie

No one will believe that this pie is made from avocados. It is simply wonderful.

Ingredients
- 2 large, ripe avocados
- 1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk.
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup key lime juice (to taste)
- 1 (8 to 9 inch) graham cracker pie crust.
- Lightly sweetened whipped cream.
Preparation
Step 1
Peel and pit avocados and chop coarsely. Place in a blender or food processor with the milk and lime juice; pulse until smooth. Pour mixture into crust and refrigerate several hours. Serve topped with whipped cream.
