Ingredients
- 1 bag of frozen sweet corn
- 1 14 oz can cream style corn
- 1 7oz box cornbread mix *Sweet Yellow Cornbread & Muffin Mix, Martha White
- 6 scallions white and green chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 1 can diced green chilis
- 1.5 teaspoons creole seasoning
- 1.5 teaspoons hot sauce or more to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400
spray a 9x13 baking dish with Pam
In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Transfer to prepared pan. Sprinkle top with creole seasoning & bake until golden brown and bubbly @ 45 mins
