Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (12oz) fettuccine
- 1 c. broccoli
- 3 T. butter
- 1 T. flour
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cook fettuccine according to package. Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat; cook broccoli. In a saucepan over medium heat; melt butter. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually whisk in milk. Bring to a boil; cook & stir for 2 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in Parmesan cheese & broccoli. Drain fettuccine; top with broccoli mixture.
