Sausage Quiche

A wonderful Christmas morning breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. loose sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices bread-cubed

Preparation

Step 1

Use 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Cook & drain sausage. Beat eggs, milk and salt. Place cubed bread on bottom of casserole. Put sausage on top of bread. Pour egg mixture over sausage.
Refrigerat overnight. Bake 400 for 25-20 minutes.
