Ingredients
- 3 cups macaroni
- 1/3 cup Italian salad dressing
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 small cucumber -- chopped
- 2 tomato -- chopped
- 1 green pepper -- chopped
- 1 onion -- chopped
- salt ; to taste
- pepper ; to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cook macaroni in a large pot with boiling salted water until al dente. Rinse with cool water and drain.
Marinate macaroni in Italian dressing two to three hours or overnight.
Blend sour cream, mayonnaise, salt and pepper together and mix with pasta and vegetables.
