Parmesan Artichoke Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs (10oz) frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 (12 oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1 1/2 c. mayo
  • 1 c. parm cheese
  • 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw spinach, drain, and pat dry. Drain artichoke hearts and coarsely chop. Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, and mayo, parm, hot pepper sauce, stirring well. Pour into 11x7x2 baking dish. Bake till thoroughly heated, 15-20 mins. Serve warm w/ pretzels or chips.
