Olive Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 pkgs - 8 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese (can use 1/3 less fat ~haven’t tried it with Free)
  • 1 - 10 oz jar of Chopped Olives
  • 1 Tabespoon Miracle Whip
  • 1 Yellow Onion, Grated with Juice into Mixture (I used onion powder)

Preparation

Step 1

Allow cream cheese to come to room temperature.

Mix all ingredients together with electric mixer. You may need to add extra olive juice or a little water to get to the right consistency.

Best if refrigerated overnight and served the next day.

Great with Frito Scoops, Lays Potato Chips or Vegetables.
