Pork, Sweet and Sour, Pressure cooker

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup ketchup
• 3/4 cup water
• 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2 teaspoons brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
• 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
• pork loin

Preparation

Step 1

1. Pressure cooker on brown setting. Combine all ingredients except meat and bring to a boil. Add meat and cook.
