Ingredients
- 1 1 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 1 1 c instant brown rice
- 1 1 1 chopped onion
- 2 2 2 cans diced tomatores
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 c tomato sauce
- 1 1 1 Med head cabbage
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 c RF cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Brown turkey with onion. Drain Slice cabbage and shred. Add to the meat, tomatoes, sauce, uncooked rice and other seasonsings. Simmer. Place a layer of cabbage in large, or two small casserole dishes sprayed with Pam. Cover with layer of sauce. Repeat layers, ending with sauce mixture.
Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 45 min at 375. 8 servings. 181 cal, 16 gr protein
