Lamb Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1 C Plain Yogurt
  • 1/4 C fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 C fresh whole Rosemary Leaves
  • 5 Large Garlic Cloves, peeled and minced
  • 1/4 C chopped fresh Mint
  • Grated zest of 1 Lemon
  • Kosher Salt
  • Cracked Black Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour marinade over meat and turn it several times to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Prepare meat according to directions, scraping off the excess marinade and discarding.
