Ingredients
- 1 C Plain Yogurt
- 1/4 C fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 C fresh whole Rosemary Leaves
- 5 Large Garlic Cloves, peeled and minced
- 1/4 C chopped fresh Mint
- Grated zest of 1 Lemon
- Kosher Salt
- Cracked Black Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour marinade over meat and turn it several times to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Prepare meat according to directions, scraping off the excess marinade and discarding.
