CHICKEN TENDERS W/ HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE

Ingredients

  • Peanut, or Canola Oil for frying
  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups panko bread crumbs (do not substitute this ingredient)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oil to 350°.
Cut chicken breasts into long strips.
Beat eggs in separate bowl and put flour in another dish
Put panko, garlic powder, white pepper, cayenne, salt & pepper into another dish
Dip chicken strips into flour, then egg, then dredge into seasoned panko.
Fry in hot oil for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and drain on paper towels.
Serve with honey mustard sauce.

HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE
½ cup Dijon mustard
½ cup honey
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Salt & pepper
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
