Ingredients
- 7 to 8 apples
- 2 c. sugar (can use 1c. white sugar and 1 c. brown sugar)
- 2 c. flour
- 2 sticks butter
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. oats
Preparation
Step 1
Slice apples and arrange in bottom of a 9x13-inch pan. Mix remaining ingredients into a crumb consistency. Put 2 tablespoons of water in with apples. Pour crumb mixture over apples. Poke some of the crumbs down around the apples. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour, until apples are soft. Serve warm and topped with ice cream if you desire.
