Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli florets cut in small pieces
- 1 1/2 c. seedless red or green grapes, halved
- 1 . c. chopped celery
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/3 c. lo-fat mayo
- 1/4 c. fat free plain yogurt
- 2 T sugar
- 1 T cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. sunflower seeds
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine veggies and fruit
2. Combine mayo, yogurt, sugar, vinegar
Pour over broccoli mixture and mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour
3. Stir in sunflower seeds just before serving.
