Mango Smoothie with Turmeric

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cashews, soaked in a cup of water for 4 to 6 hours
- 3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 cups frozen mango (284 g package)
- 2 teaspoons peeled and chopped fresh turmeric
- 1 teaspoon peeled and chopped fresh ginger, optional
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup coconut water or water, plus more to get desired consistency
- 1 to 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
Preparation
Step 1
Drain and rinse cashews, and place them in an upright blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy.
