Ann Dye’s Spinach Salad

Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 1 bunch spinach, well washed
  • (can add or substitute Romaine)
  • Broccoli rosettes
  • Green onions
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 package Raman noodles
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar (I like less)
  • 3 T soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Toss together lettuce/spinach, broccoli and onions; set aside.
In skillet combine butter, walnuts and noodles and cook till toasted.
Toss with greens.

Combine dressing ingredients, mixing well. Pour over sald before serving
